We also do not block direct host/guest contact; name, email, and phone exchange are supported when needed to coordinate a real stay.

Pay the host directly using the method they specify. Check in with expectations in writing — no support ticket required if something's off.
What the platform does (and doesn't) do.
We do
- • Provide the signing tool + audit trail + template library.
- • Run the listing marketplace + direct-booking funnel.
- • Display host payment instructions and payment-tracking records.
- • Preserve signed records and audit trails for the legal record.
We don't
- • Escrow your money or take booking fees.
- • Adjudicate host-guest disputes (the signed contract governs).
- • Replace your PMS — we coexist with OwnerRez, Hostaway, Lodgify.
- • Promise "Premium protection" we can't deliver.
