Both sign, both keep it

Guest signs from their phone. Host countersigns. Audit trail (timestamps, IPs, email verification) attached to the final PDF. Both sides get a copy.

Flexibility first

Direct booking should stay direct.

We do not prevent hosts and guests from connecting off-platform. Every listing tier supports on-platform messages/inquiries and minimal contact exchange — name, email, and phone — so both sides can coordinate the way that works for them. Use Zelle, check, cash, your own processor, or another arrangement; Book Jersey Shore is contract-first, not payment-locked.

Who holds the money?

The host gives payment instructions and the guest pays the host directly. We do not hold rent, deposits, or security deposits. We're a facilitator, not an escrow.

What if the guest damages the place?

Governed by the rental agreement you both signed. Our job is making that agreement enforceable. v1 doesn't do damage arbitration.

What's the catch if it's free?

No catch. First 1,000 listings get Pro free for 1–3 years depending on listing position. After that, $50–$250/yr per listing. We're hand-onboarding before activating Stripe, so even if the founding window closes you're unbilled until we flip that switch.

Is this legally binding?

Yes. Every signed contract carries a full in-app audit trail — signer identity (email + IP + user-agent), ESIGN consent timestamps, and the signed record. Hosts and registered guests can view it directly in the app; external guests (off-platform signing) receive the signed PDF with watermark anchor for their records. See how signing works →
