Built for the Jersey Shore by someone who hosts here. We're a contract-first vacation rental platform — built-in electronic signatures from $50/year — that gives you DocuSign-grade signing tooling plus a direct-booking marketplace, without taking a cut of your bookings.
Why we exist
Vacation rental hosts pay $240+/year for DocuSign to send generic contracts, then hand 15% of each booking to Airbnb or Vrbo for reach they don't always need. We replace the DocuSign line item with a vacation-rental-specific signing flow, and add a direct-booking marketplace that does not take a percentage of your booking revenue.
How we operate
We're a facilitator, not a broker. Contracts are between host and guest; we never escrow rent, deposits, or security deposits. Our job is the tooling — signing flow, audit trail, listing page, guest-booking funnel, and payment-instruction records — not to sit between you and your money.
Where we're going
Jersey Shore first. Outer Banks next. Eventually a multi-market network under bookyour.place. The first 1,000 listings get Pro free for 1–3 years — the sequencing is our acquisition cost, not an accident.
What we don't do
We don't adjudicate host-guest disputes (the signed contract governs). We don't write your listing copy or manage your calendars across channels — we coexist with PMSes like OwnerRez and Hostaway. And we don't promise "Premium protection" we can't deliver.
