Transparency over empty guarantees

Airbnb's AirCover, Vrbo's Book With Confidence Guarantee — marketplace platforms promise to "handle it" when something goes wrong. In practice, "handle it" means a support queue, a policy review, and eligibility criteria you don't see until you file a claim. Book Jersey Shore refuses to make promises we can't keep. Our promise is honest: clear contracts, fast execution, no hidden costs, and no fake guarantees.

What we actually offer

What we don't claim

• No "guarantee" that overrides your contract — we're a facilitator, not a party to it.
• No promise to force refunds or collect damages. The contract you and the guest signed governs those outcomes.
• No control over your funds. We never escrow, freeze, or redirect payouts.

Why this is better

Honest boundaries set the right expectations. Instead of hoping a platform will intervene on your behalf through a queue you don't control, you get a signed document that holds up in mediation or court, a clear money flow, and a full audit trail both sides can rely on. "Protection" in our system is the paper you both signed, not marketing copy.
