Host sovereignty: keep your money flow yours
Airbnb takes ~15% of your revenue as a host fee and holds the funds until check-in. Vrbo takes 5–8%. Both decide the payout schedule, the refund windows, and the dispute rules. Book Jersey Shore does none of that. You pick how you get paid, you write your own terms, and every stay is governed by a contract that's between you and the guest.
No escrow, no platform fee on bookings
- Direct host payment instructions: the guest pays you using the method you specify.
- We never escrow rent, deposits, or security deposits. Liability stays low, transparency stays high.
- Annual per-listing fee instead of per-booking commission. Your marginal cost is zero after you pay for the tier.
Payment freedom
- Choose how you get paid: Zelle, check, cash, your own processor, or another agreed method. We're contract-first, not payment-locked.
- Align payouts with your bookkeeping and tax workflow instead of a marketplace's batch schedule.
- Document payment expectations inside the contract so both parties know the plan going in.
Contracts you own
- Add custom clauses: HOA rules, pet policies, utility caps, quiet hours, security deposits.
- Save templates and reuse them across listings. The contract and its audit trail stay yours.
- Every signed contract carries a full in-app audit trail — timestamps, IPs, ESIGN consent records. See how signing works →
